This policy applies to retail purchases made through the HLY GLW shop. HLY GLW is a registered trade name of VZN LAB.
We currently ship within the United States and Thailand. United States orders are fulfilled from Denver, Colorado, and Thailand orders are fulfilled from Chiang Mai. We do not currently offer cross-border shipping between these fulfillment regions.
Standard shipping is $6.95 for United States orders and $3.95 for Thailand orders. Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is $60 or more. Prices and thresholds are shown in U.S. dollars and may be updated prospectively on the shop or at checkout.
Available shipping options and any delivery estimate are shown at checkout or in your order confirmation. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier capacity, weather, holidays, or other events outside our reasonable control.
If we cannot ship within the time stated when you order, we will contact you with an updated timeframe and any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.
When tracking is available, we will send it to the email address used at checkout. A multi-item order may arrive in more than one package.
Please review your name, address, and contact details before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order begins processing. Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.
If tracking shows a delivery you cannot locate, or if your package arrives damaged, email us with your order number and any relevant photos. We will review the shipment and help with the appropriate carrier claim, replacement, or refund.
